📍 | 💰 Base + Commission | 🎯 Post-Sale Growth Role

We’re looking for high-touch, high-impact reps who know how to activate a practice post-sale. This is not a clinical role. It’s a strategic, relationship-driven position focused on marketing, training, utilization, and upselling.

You’ll work directly with physician practices, medspas, and wellness clinics after they’ve purchased a $150K–$350K device. Your job: help them maximize ROI, drive patient demand, and reorder consumables.

🔹 Why This Role Matters

If the practice isn’t using the device, they’re not making money—and they’re not paying off the loan they took to buy it. Your job is to ensure consistent utilization, so the device becomes a revenue engine, not a showroom ornament. You’ll help the team build internal momentum, market treatments, and turn patient interest into booked appointments.

🔹 What You’ll Do

Teach staff how to market treatments via social media (IG, TikTok, FB, LinkedIn)

Host launch parties, open houses, and events

Coach on before/after photos, lighting, flyers, and patient scripting

Upsell consumables and additional devices

Provide strategic business insights that boost revenue

Coordinate training with clinical and marketing teams

Support sales teams and attend workshops/tradeshows

🔹 Who We’re Looking For

You’ve worked in aesthetics or are working in an aesthetics practice right now, but in a sales role: selling treatment packages, skincare/injectables or as a patient care/treatment coordinator

You have current sales experience—this is non-negotiable

Your clients know you as a reliable, enthusiastic resource

You’re not pushy—you build trust and drive results

You understand how to help a practice promote treatments and stay profitable
