Skincare Sales Specialist- North Carolina
For the Skincare sales roles I have, open – you must have experience. I do not place candidates that want to get into skincare sales, you must have a proven track record of already selling skincare in your current company or at a previous company. If you sold skincare over 5 years ago, this role is not for you.
This position is responsible for achieving sales targets within their assigned territory. Call points will include Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and Medical Spas as well as other specialties offering aesthetic medical treatments under the guidance of a physician.
The Skincare Specialist will be responsible for developing their territory by selling the skincare line into existing customers as well as to other medical aesthetic practices, building a pipeline of leads and opportunities to pursue. Additionally, the Skincare Specialist will be responsible for educating the staff at their accounts on the skincare line and support sell-through to maintain a high percentage of reorders.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales achievements as well as a strong cold-calling skills to open new business. Medical grade skincare knowledge is essential. This role requires a resourceful, independent, and self-disciplined spirit with the ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
I am not going to list the essential Duties and functions because if you have already been an outside sales skincare sales rep, then you will know what the job duty entails.
This position comes with a base salary of $80k-$100k plus commissions plus a car allowance. Full benefits and a great culture.
