Territory Manager – Wisconsin

This is a fully remote position with extensive traveling covering the assigned territory. Familiarity selling to physicians in private, group, and hospital settings is a plus.

This is a Jr outside sales role called a Territory Manager selling the aesthetic devices. This role works underneath an Area Sales Manager. You have to learn how to be told no over and over, so this is the role you would have to start in to sell devices. This Territory Manager will be driving around from 8-5, knocking on business doors trying to get a doctor to let them come in to pitch one of the devices they are selling. The Territory Manager gets the door opened for themselves and the Area Sales Manager to come back at a later day and possibly bring breakfast, coffee or lunch for the staff to keep them there and have an in person presentation with them to pitch one of the devices they are selling.

If you are in a desk job, my clients will never consider you for this outside sales role. You’ll need to show you have current experience cold calling to get new customers.

In this role, you will:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients. Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations. Develop business strategies with customers to ensure their success.
  • Be responsible for planning and implementing strategies for elevating sales.
  • Perform marketing research and manage territory.
  • Support in-service training and subsequent training.
  • Track and report sales in an organized and timely manner. Assist with post-sale customer issues.
  • Work with Field Service and company staff.

Benefits/Compensation:
Salary range is $80k-$120k, includes first year OTE. In addition, my client provides an opportunity to participate in equity/stock incentive programs, a profit-sharing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K with matching.
