I am actively recruiting for an opening with one of my aesthetic clients.

One of my aesthetic clients has an opening for a SENIOR STRATEGIC BUSINESS MANAGER (Tennessee/Kentucky/Arkansas)

$105-$115K base salary

$15K to $20K per month in commissions. Plus $5K equity shares

The monthly commissions averages from $10k to $15k/mo on average.

So that could put your ote range from $225-$295K

There is an $800 per month car allowance plus .25/mile. Gas, tolls, and parking are also expensed. They do have a 401K but there is not a match until 2025

SENIOR STRATEGIC BUSINESS MANAGER (Tennessee/Kentucky/Arkansas)

The Sr. Strategic Business Manager (SBM) represents one of my aesthetic clients and their product collections. The focus will be centralized on accelerating our flagship launch, promoting their product portfolio to aesthetic providers and accounts within a designated US geography. The SBM will be responsible for executing all sales strategies, territory development and events, including trade shows. The SBM will be adept at product pull-through and sell-through. A strong focus will also be on total office selling, sell-through initiatives and KOL engagement. This position will report directly to the Senior National Sales Director.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Exceptional attainment of sales objectives, strategic planning, implantation and pull-through.
  • Develop and execute key sales targets and marketing strategies.
  • Accelerate, build and cultivate relationships with accounts and KOLs (Plastic, Dermatology and Mid-Level providers).
  • Provide market insights back to sales, operations and marketing management.
  • Maintain a high level of business acumen prioritizing field activity and goal achievement.
  • Positively represent BAI Biosciences and the organization at educational events, local and national tradeshows.
  • Actively participate in scheduled company sales meetings, conference calls, and other necessary business meetings.
  • Demonstrate and model high integrity aligned with company standards and policies for business and compliance.
  • Maintain a high level of industry knowledge with respect to the market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial innovation and drive with the ability to scale area plans.

Requirements:

  • Completed bachelor’s degree.
  • Advanced degree Preferred nor required.
  • Min. 4+ years relevant industry experience, preferably in biopharmaceutical, Device and/or Healthcare Industry.
  • Track record of top national performance exceeding sales objectives required.
  • Aesthetics sales background or related experience with a skin care company strongly preferred.
  • Ability to launch products in a fast-paced, highly visible and dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics, budgeting and key revenue drivers.
  • Ability to easily seek out, connect with, build, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Advanced analytical, consulting, and business planning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms, excel, word, power point and other applications.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
  • Valid driver’s license
