Please read the following message carefully before applying for the job. This is a Junior role. This is not an opening for an overly experienced aesthetic rep. I am really only looking for candidates with just a few years of experience since graduating college. Best suited for a currently employed candidate that is working at a Med Spa, Plastic Surgeon or Dermatologists. Best titles that transition into this role are Patient Care Coordinators. If you are the one answering the phone at the front desk, scheduling patients, upselling them on other services and helping with office goals and special events, then this is the role for you.

While it is possible to be hired for this position without any aesthetic experience, this is rare.

In this Associate (junior- entry level) role, you will be responsible for working directly with practices or doctor’s offices after they have purchased an aesthetic device. Your duties will be to help your Sr. Manager with marketing efforts, hosting events, launch parties, open houses, and more. You will also ensure that the practices are using the device and help them promote it to their current patients. You will frequently engage with the staff to ensure that everything is running smoothly.

We require experience working in an aesthetics office or practice, marketing experience, and sales experience. If you are an esthetician, we will not consider you for this role unless you have sales experience in your current or previous job. If you are just giving facials or are an injector at a MedSpa, we are unable to place you in this type of role. We only place outside sales reps.

You must have current social media experience. If you are not posting to Instagram, this role may not be a good fit for you. Some of our clients may require you to show them your Instagram profile when we submit you, or make you prepare a presentation in the interview using PowerPoint, Word, social media, and design tools to show how you would launch an open house or promotional event for one of their clients. If you are not currently active on social media for personal use, or are not currently promoting your current company, this may not be the role for you. We prefer someone with experience using Canva or other tools for creating social media background pages and designs and promoting events on social media. If you have experience with launch parties, open houses, trade shows, etc., that would be helpful.

The base salary of $60K and car allowance of $10,000/ yr  After commissions which are paid quarterly the total on target earnings will be roughly $100,000. Fuel or mileage is reimbursed, and my client provides a laptop, iPad, cell phone expense, 401K, medical benefits, etc.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working directly with practices or doctor’s offices after they have purchased an aesthetic device. This role involves heavy travel and staying overnight during the week to manage cities in your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

– Assisting with marketing efforts and social media promotions

– Hosting events, launch parties, and open houses

– Ensuring that practices effectively use the purchased devices

– Engaging with staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

– Previous experience working in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or skincare sales

– Demonstrated sales and marketing experience

– Proficiency in social media marketing and promotion

– Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory, which may include multiple states

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Experience with launch parties, open houses, or trade shows is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

– OTE projected at $100,000 after commissions
