I need a strong business development rep to sell my clients line of skincare, Biologics, Regenerative products, Exosomes, and PRP. The job will cover all of Austin and San Antonio. You must be in a business development or account manager role to qualify.

I am looking for a self-motivated hard worker who wants to join the fastest-growing company in the industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of top-performing business development or account management experience. They will also be interested in building wealth with a shares agreement. We also prefer that they have aesthetic sales experience.

The business development manager is responsible for selling the products in the biologics portfolio and accompanying small capital equipment. The manager will report directly to the regional manager of the biologics division and will also be required to collaborate closely with their capital equipment sales representative counterpart. This is a farmer sales position with the goal of getting reorders from current customers monthly.

The following are the primary responsibilities of this role:

– Manage accounts to increase recurring revenue.
– Build a sales pipeline of existing business opportunities.

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

– Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
– Have previous experience in aesthetic sales.
– Have previous experience in account manager roles

The compensation for this role includes a base salary, a car and phone allowance, and on-target earnings. We estimate that you will make $150k to $170k per year.
