Aesthetic Medical Device Sales and Marketing Careers
Territory Manager Medical device sales N. Jersey or S. Jersey & E. PA

This is a fully remote position covering the assigned territory. Familiarity selling to physicians in private, group, and hospital settings is a plus. B2B sales is the most important experience needed for this role. That does mean the B2B experience needs to be in person face-to-face cold calling, not from the phone and email, but in your vehicle driving to businesses to pitch the product or service you are selling.
I am looking for a college grad with ideally no more than 7 years total experience since graduating college. These roles are tough. Low base salary and great commissions, but not everyone can handle the travel and the low base salary. I am not looking for reps with more experience than I listed above. Ideally, a college grad with a minimum of 1 to 2 years in a heavy outside sales cold calling role. Real Estate doesn’t count, pharma doesn’t count, hospital sales don’t count, and inside sales experience doesn’t count. If you are not selling something that the actual person you are pitching to has to pay for, then your experience won’t work. Injectable sales reps won’t be a good fit; base pay is a lot less, and you lack the experience selling something expensive. Skincare sales reps are almost always not a good fit as many times, skincare reps are also account managers revisiting the same clients, and in this role, it will be business openings only.
This is a junior outside sales role called a territory manager selling aesthetic devices. This role works under an Area Sales Manager. You have to learn how to be told no over and over, so this is the role you would have to start in to sell devices. This territory manager will be driving around from 8-5, knocking on business doors and trying to get a doctor to let them come in to pitch one of the devices they are selling. The Territory Manager gets the door opened for themselves and the Area Sales Manager to come back later and possibly bring breakfast, coffee or lunch for the staff to keep them there and have an in person presentation with them to pitch one of the devices they are selling.
If you only work at a desk job, my clients will never consider you for this outside sales role. You’ll need to show you have current experience cold calling to get new customers.
In this role, you will:
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients. Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations. Develop business strategies with customers to ensure their success.
- Be responsible for planning and implementing strategies for elevating sales.
- Perform marketing research and manage territory.
- Support in-service training and subsequent training.
- Track and report sales in an organized and timely manner. Assist with post-sale customer issues.
- Work with Field Service and company staff.
Essential Requirements:
- Unlimited ability to travel to do business
- Commitment to high performance with outstanding results.
- Sets and exceeds the quota consistently.
- Ability to generate quality leads consistently.
- Has a positive attitude, is self-motivated, self-disciplined, and committed to developing a quality customer experience.
- Has excellent prospecting and territory management abilities and superior selling and closing expertise.
- Commitment to personal and professional development.
Benefits/Compensation:

Comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401 (k) with matching. The on-target earnings for these roles depend on where you live in the US.
