Please read the following message carefully before applying for the job. This role involves heavy travel, and you will be expected to stay overnight during the week to manage cities in your territory. We are currently hiring for several positions, including Post-Sales Support, Practice Development Manager, Practice Success Manager, Key Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Practice Development Specialist, or Business Development Manager. Each position may be called something different by our clients.
We are looking for candidates with aesthetic experience, sales experience, and marketing or social media experience. This experience can come from working in aesthetic companies, skincare sales, injectable sales, plastic surgeons, Dermatologists, or Med Spas. If you have previously worked as an office/patient coordinator at a dentist’s office, you may also have some of the required experience. While it is possible to be hired for this position without any aesthetic experience, this is rare.
In this role, you will be responsible for working directly with practices or doctor’s offices after they have purchased an aesthetic device. Your duties will include upselling second systems or devices, selling consumables or disposables, helping with marketing efforts, hosting events, launch parties, open houses, and more. You will also ensure that they are using the device and help them promote it to their current patients. You will frequently engage with the staff to ensure that everything is running smoothly.
We require experience working in an aesthetics office or practice, marketing experience, and sales experience. If you are an esthetician, we will not consider you for this role unless you have sales experience in your current or previous job. If you are just giving facials or are an injector at a MedSpa, we are unable to place you in this type of role. We only place outside sales reps.
Marketing, dermatology/plastic surgery/skincare sales experience is also a plus. You must have current social media experience. If you are not posting to Instagram, this role may not be a good fit for you. Some of our clients may require you to show them your Instagram profile when we submit you, or make you prepare a presentation in the interview using PowerPoint, Word, social media, and design tools to show how you would launch an open house or promotional event for one of their clients. If you are not currently active on social media for personal use, or are not currently promoting your current company, this may not be the role for you. We prefer someone with experience using Canva or other tools for creating social media background pages and designs and promoting events on social media. If you have experience with launch parties, open houses, trade shows, etc., that would be helpful.
Some of these positions have a monthly quota, and you will be required to upsell devices. The base salary of $75K and car allowance of $10,000/ yr After commissions, the OTE is roughly $140K-$175K. Fuel or mileage is reimbursed, and my client provides a laptop, iPad, cell phone expense, 401K, medical benefits, etc.

Requirements:
– Previous experience working in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or skincare sales
– Demonstrated sales and marketing experience
– Proficiency in social media marketing and promotion
– Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory, which may include multiple states
– Must be comfortable with overnight stays during the week
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Experience with launch parties, open houses, or trade shows is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
– OTE ranging from $140,000 to $175,000 after commissions
