Aesthetic Area Sales Managers are for experienced aesthetic device sales reps or B2B Sales reps selling capital equipment (high-priced devices) $50K+to private practice physicians/ or business owners – some of my clients may consider dental device sales reps for these openings.
These Aesthetic Area Sales Managers will most likely have Jr. reps under them.
I am not looking for Hospital/OR/Trauma/Surgical sales reps. I need capital equipment or medical device sales reps that have sold to a private practice physician where the doctor has to pay for the product you are selling (not the hospitals paying) I also am not looking for pharma sales reps – must have current experience selling something that the doctor has to purchase vs. the patient, I need to know that you have experience selling a product over $50K, preferably.
These Aesthetic Area Sales Manager openings all make a base salary, car allowance and they will have uncapped commissions.
Base salary for this client will be  $70k for an Area Sales Manager. Car allowance is  $800/mo. On target earnings will be between $300k top performers can do $500k-$800k. Full medical benefits will be included.
